日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：火山引擎是字节跳动旗下云和AI服务平台，将字节跳动快速发展过程中积累的增长方法、技术能力和应用工具开放给外部企业，通过云和AI技术，推进企业智能化转型，激发增长潜能。

1、部门日常事务：制度执行和维护、会议协调、备件申请、礼品管理、费用管理； 2、部门员工关怀：文化宣传、福利关怀、策划方案、组织活动、有效执行等； 3、协助完成其他临时性工作。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、有较强的信息管理、文本处理能力和文案设计能力，能够熟练操作Office等常用办公软件，如Word、Excel、PowerPoint、PS等； 3、有良好的亲和力、沟通能力以及执行力、团队合作意识强、性格开朗、认真细心、有服务意识； 4、能够连续实习3个月及以上，每周出勤5天者优先。
