1、负责抖音作者治理全链路的体验管理，统筹处罚、申诉、异议、复核、沟通等业务场景，为作者治理体验反馈、申诉解决率、满意度、复投率等核心指标负责； 2、主导作者治理体验的顶层策略设计，深入洞察作者在治理场景下的痛点与诉求，定位问题根因，推动规则、流程、产品的系统性重构与优化； 3、牵头AI、智能化在治理体验中的规模化应用，包括但不限于：智能申诉理解与分流、大模型驱动的沟通话术生成、AI辅助的案例洞察与归因、智能化的作者分层运营策略，通过技术杠杆大幅提升解决效率与作者体验； 4、搭建并培养作者治理体验团队，制定团队目标、运营节奏与人才发展路径，沉淀可复用的方法论与作业SOP，持续提升团队的AI应用能力与专业深度。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上运营相关工作经验，其中至少2年团队管理或核心专项负责人经验，逻辑清晰，具备优秀的战略洞察力与结构化分析能力； 2、有内容治理、账号治理、社区治理、作者运营、体验运营等相关领域经验者优先，熟悉平台治理规则、申诉链路、作者生态者加分； 3、对AI/大模型在业务中的应用有深度理解与实操经验，能识别AI提效场景、设计Prompt与工作流、推动AI能力从0到1在业务侧落地并规模化； 4、具备较强的责任感与使命感，自驱力强，具备优秀的团队搭建、人才培养与向上管理能力。
