1、负责日常业务数据处理与分析，熟练使用Excel完成数据清洗、统计整理、指标复盘及可视化呈现，依托数据挖掘业务规律、识别数据异常，输出分析结论； 2、协助开展案头调研与行业研究，持续跟踪行业动态、商业模式、政策走向，完成信息搜集、梳理整合，沉淀结构化行业研究素材与基础认知； 3、承接各类专项研究课题，结合行业资讯、业务数据与市场案例整合分析，提炼业务洞察，协助团队完成行业报告、复盘材料、汇报PPT的撰写与优化。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、每周可稳定实习4-5天，可连续实习3个月及以上，熟练掌握Excel常用功能，精通函数、数据透视表、数据整理及图表制作，日常可独立完成各类数据统计工作； 3、具备良好的数据敏感度与逻辑思维能力，具备行业案头研究、信息整合梳理能力； 4、学习能力强，工作认真细致、责任心强、执行力高，具备良好的沟通协作。
