1、负责字节跳动集团品牌和抖音主端的内容传播策划，能够敏锐捕捉社会情绪和当下热点，提前发现具有爆火潜力的内容趋势发现具体传播内容或快速响应已成型的热点趋势，实现传播目标并获得最佳传播收益，并能对结果负责； 2、能够根据项目目标主动发现传播创意，独立完成创意内容从0-100的策划，内部沟通、资源把控和执行落地，确保创意可以精准为品牌服务，打造品效合一的案例作品； 3、需具备优秀的内容意识和审美，对物料产出品质有高水准把控，而非产出行业行活； 4、能进行活动效果数据分析和方法论沉淀，不断迭代优化内容策略，提升传播效果。

1、本科及以上学历，5年以上甲方/乙方丰富的创意策划和执行经验，并成功落地过传播项目； 2、内容工作室、内容平台或广告公司背景均可，有爆款案例操盘经验和产出为加分项； 3、对爆款作品产出仍有热情，具备从0-100独立负责项目的热忱和能力； 4、对于流行、新鲜事物有较高的敏感度，有敏锐的创意能力和审美。
