1、结合行业的运营逻辑和业务发展趋势，承接自上而下的目标任务拆解、做好对应预算资源管理，支持业务健康发展； 2、基于经营视角，搭建业务指标体系，覆盖行业、品牌商家、经销商、类目等业务模块，向下拆解各模块过程指标和关键路径，完成数据看板搭建，推动行业数据报表化及产品化，协助业务和管理者高效决策； 3、支持解决业务核心卡点和问题，撰写专题分析报告，分析内容涵盖GMV增长、品牌份额提升策略、专项支持等方面，具备驱动行业策略落地的能力； 4、具备较强的分析报告撰写能力和数据可视化能力，定期开展经营分析和问题诊断，拆解和定位业绩达成核心链路和关键因素，产出可落地的策略建议； 5、持续关注电商市场环境、竞争格局、行业趋势、类目趋势等，发现潜在机会，输出专项报告及策略。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、数据敏感度好，策略分析/数据分析/商业分析/经营分析经验优先，对平台侧商家商品运营有好奇心，有过复杂项目的支持经验； 3、自我驱动力强，主动学习，有团队合作精神，较好的协同能力。
