日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：国际化短视频商业化变现产品设计团队旨在使客户能够毫不费力地与用户建立联系，并最大限度地发挥品牌潜力。我们希望简化和激励客户实现目标，探索更多可能性，并与国际化短视频创造价值。作为团队成员，你将能够利用定性/定量研究来收集用户反馈，为我们的客户创造深刻的理解和共情，并与设计、产品和营销团队跨职能合作，以满足业务需求。

1、推进品牌创新广告产品全生命周期运营，包括资源包规划、上线节奏管理等，提升广告投放效率； 2、协助梳理创新广告的标准执行流程，参与履约统筹与投放效果跟踪； 3、对产品进行体系化宣推包装，提高产品声量及渗透； 4、与海外运营和销售合作，挖掘品牌广告主需求，支持团队进行产品策略与运营优化探索。

1、本科及以上学历在读，市场营销、广告学等相关专业优先； 2、英文听说读写流利，具有较强的书面和口头表达能力； 3、有数据处理相关技能，具备根据数据情况优化业务的能力，提出有效的运营方案； 4、具备高度责任感和执行力，有产品运营、市场营销或相关领域的实习或工作经验者优先； 5、一周实习4天以上，连续实习时间3个月以上，能够实习6个月以上优先。
