ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：平台产品基础部门致力于为抖音各业务提供全面支持，平台业务负责搭建与维护基础平台，保障账号核心资产的管理。开放业务合理开放产品能力与数据，连接外部优质资源。文娱业务聚焦短剧 & 营收和宣发，形成健康内容生态。生态与运营业务推进作者成长、变现等工作。治理与体验业务为各垂直方向提供诊断等工具，提升问题解决率。营销搭建业务助力业务营销推广。部门为实现业务目标、满足用户需求而不断努力。

1、负责抖音/直播等多个业务场景下，LLM、MLLM算法的应用研究与算法落地工作，业务场景包括但不限于数据合成、信息检索、智能对话、代码生成、网页搭建、自动评测等； 2、跟踪大模型领域的最新研究成果，用以持续提升算法应用效果，研究方向包括但不限于Multi-Agent System、RAG、SFT、Agentic RL、长短期记忆等前沿技术； 3、深度参与项目研发，和产品经理/业务研发/业务质量等同学密切配合，通过挖掘线上数据、优化Prompt工程、微调模型等手段，提高项目整体收益和效率。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程相关专业优先； 2、具备优秀的算法设计能力和过硬的编码能力； 3、在以下一个或多个算法领域上有深度的理解和实践经验：NLP、RAG、机器学习； 4、熟悉TensorFlow、PyTorch等至少一项机器学习框架； 5、熟悉Spark、Hive、Storm、Hadoop等至少一项分布式系统； 6、有代码生成、图像生成、LLM语言模型微调、低代码等相关经验优先。
