ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：基础设施经营管理与平台团队，聚焦于数据中心与供应链的研发、交付、资产相关业务域经营管理与数字化平台建设。其中，研发平台面向字节硬件研发团队提供数字化平台服务，实现产品的全生命周期管理；交付平台围绕计划、采购、建设交付的大交付方向，将各环节的信息共享与透明化；资管平台面向全球资产管理团队提供数字化平台服务，提升资产管理质量与效率，保障资产安全与合规；经管业务与经管平台主要围绕资源预算、成本管理与分析、结算等业务场景，搭建经营管理体系并建立系统化的管理手段。

1、参与字节跳动基础设施数字化平台建设，负责研发/交付/资产管理/经营管理等业务域的后端开发工作； 2、完成需求理解/方案讨论/技术选型/代码开发/单元测试等工作； 3、及时响应线上问题并跟进解决。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、至少掌握一门编程语言，包括但不限于Golang/Python/C++/Java； 3、具备扎实的数据结构和算法功底，具备优秀的编码能力； 4、具备优秀的学习能力与团队合作能力，积极主动，责任心强。
