日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：商业化安全作为商业化的一部分，为商业化的需求设计具体的业务模式，保证用户体验和商业化广告内容安全，成为驱动商业化加速发展的引擎。

1、负责翻译工作，能够进行中文与日语/越南语/泰语/韩语其中一个语言的互译，以及中英互译，将培训素材本地化； 2、和团队同事一起，了解业务和培训需求，发现问题并提出培训解决方案； 3、辅助同事设计培训课程和考试，负责培训协调等工作，对公司内部员工进行中英双语培训； 4、辅助同时进行培训项目的设计，并使用各种反馈工具衡量培训的有效性。

1、本科及以上学历在读，日语/越南语/泰语/韩语优先； 2、日语/越南语/泰语/韩语能作为工作语言，英语达到听说读写流利，有英语笔译或同传经验者优先； 3、实习周期四个月或更长； 4、尽快入职，保证每周四天以上； 5、热爱培训教育工作； 6、积极、主动、耐心、踏实、高效、善于沟通。
