1、负责国际化商业产品广告增长平台垂直行业（落地页/开环电商）的广告策略设计，对业务收入和产品效果负责； 2、深入理解国际化典型客户的营销需求，投广策略和归因方法，如独立站、传统品牌、零售商、电商平台客户等； 3、负责落地页Conversion ads的广告投放策略优化，探索Omnichannel ads解决方案； 4、负责广告样式/国际化商业产品广告增长平台In-app-browser相关的产品迭代，解决用户在开环购物旅程中的关键问题； 5、负责领域内的产品规划工作，能跨团队协调资源和管理项目，推动规划落地，为结果负责。

1、本科学历及以上，有3年以上商业产品经验优先； 2、能不断优化投放策略和产品能力、提升用户和客户体验，快速试错给出最佳解决方案； 3、良好的逻辑思维能力、业务理解能力和快速学习能力； 4、对客户体验敏感，有产品1-10发展的推动经验，具备基础的运营思维； 5、有全局观、喜欢独立思考，能够在复杂环境下灵活调整策略，推进项目的顺利进行；有韧性，有乐观积极的工作状态。
