Bytelntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。 团队介绍：字节芯片研发团队目前工作主要集中在芯片设计环节，主要围绕字节自身业务展开芯片探索，为字节多项业务的专用场景定制硬件优化，设计多款基于先进半导体工艺的云端复杂芯片，以期提升性能、降低成本。早期若干芯片项目已经进入到量产部署阶段，有多次一版成功的投片经历，所用工艺包含多个主流的先进工艺节点。与基础设施各团队之间工作的整体协同，能更容易和更好地发挥芯片研发的价值。

1、协助供应链团队完成芯片物料的采购辅助工作，包括供应商信息整理、采购订单跟进、物料到料状态核对，确保采购流程顺畅； 2、参与芯片库存管理，协助完成库存盘点、物料出入库记录、库存数据录入与核对，保障库存数据准确，优化库存周转效率； 3、协助整理芯片供应链相关文档，包括供应商资质文件、采购合同、物流单据等，做好归档与分类管理； 4、支持供应链计划执行，协助跟踪芯片生产、物流及交付进度，及时反馈异常情况，配合团队协调解决交付过程中的问题； 5、收集芯片行业供应链相关信息（如物料价格走势、供应商动态、行业政策等），整理成报告供团队参考； 6、配合部门完成其他日常事务性工作，协助推动供应链流程优化，提升团队工作效率。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，供应链管理、物流管理、电子信息工程、微电子、国际贸易等相关专业优先； 2、对芯片行业、供应链管理有一定兴趣和初步了解，熟悉芯片基础常识（如IC、晶圆、封装测试等）者优先； 3、具备较强的责任心和细心度，做事严谨有条理，能高效完成琐碎事务，具备良好的问题解决能力； 4、熟练使用Excel、Word等办公软件，擅长数据整理与分析者优先（会使用透视表、函数者加分）； 5、具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队协作意识，积极主动，乐于学习，能快速适应工作节奏； 6、严格遵守公司规章制度，服从部门工作安排。
