日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责家纺布艺行业运营实习工作，能够对于类目发展有宏观判断与分析能力，思考、制定、落地类目发展策略与方案； 2、基于家纺行业特性，对于品牌不同商家类型有差异化运营手段与提升策略，负责整体行业商家引入和运营，推动业务健康增长； 3、通过数据分析，归纳总结商家运营方面存在的共性问题，并结合类目情况运用平台化运营方式提出并落实解决方案； 4、结合行业发展需要，能横向跨部门完成项目合作，并拿到结果。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备床品/布艺类行业实习经验优先，熟悉并了解家纺行业上下游的运作，对行业趋势有一定认知与解读，对抖音电商的商家经营模式有一定的熟悉度；具备成熟的商业谈判经验，出色的沟通能力和业务开拓能力，能充分理解合作方诉求，能坦诚清晰的表达个人观点，推进合作达成； 3、较好的逻辑思维能力，有数据分析及挖掘能力，对商业有较强的敏锐度； 4、具备较好的项目管理能力和推动力，善于整合资源，有一定的组织协调能力； 5、开放的心态，具备良好的学习能力，较强的个人自驱力，能主动尝试突破与寻找挑战。
