1、IP孵化与视频流：协助飞书及带教个人IP的短视频/直播内容打磨，从脚本创意到剪辑分发，打造小红书/抖音平台的爆款“干货”内容； 2、产品价值“翻译官”：深度体验飞书智能会议纪要、多维表格等产品，提炼“Aha moment”，将硬核功能转化为原本枯燥但现在生动有趣的文章、长图或视频； 3、AI协同创作：利用扣子、豆包、Gemini等AI工具辅助进行市场调研、产品分析及营销文案的批量生产，探索“人+AI”的高效工作流； 4、最佳实践挖掘：深入挖掘用户在“AI+表格”场景下的真实用法，包装成易传播的案例库，降低大众用户的认知与上手门槛。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具备较强的短视频拍摄、剪辑能力（剪映CapCut熟练），有小红书/抖音自媒体运营经验者（尤其泛科技、效率类）优先； 3、AI深度用户：日常习惯使用ChatGPT、Claude、豆包等工具，不排斥新工具，甚至是个Prompt爱好者； 4、有较强的学习能力和执行力，无论是复杂的产品拆解，还是策划一场直播，都能靠谱落地； 5、至少连续实习6个月、每周实习5天； 6、申请时请附上作品集（包括但不限于视频账号、AI生成作品、PPT、过往文章等）。
