1、负责番茄小说/红果短剧/番茄国际化方向的后端架构设计与研发工作，支撑业务在高速增长阶段的稳定演进与高质量交付； 2、深入业务核心链路，围绕内容分发、交易履约、内容平台等复杂场景，抽象关键问题，完成技术方案设计、系统建设与持续优化； 3、主导或深度参与高并发、大流量、分布式系统的架构设计与核心模块开发，持续提升系统在稳定性、性能、可用性、扩展性及成本效率等方面的表现； 4、针对业务快速发展过程中出现的复杂技术问题，能够完成系统性分析、方案取舍与推动落地，平衡业务需求、工程效率与长期架构演进； 5、关注行业前沿技术与优秀实践，结合真实业务场景推进技术沉淀、能力复用与工程体系建设； 6、主要使用Golang/Python进行服务端开发。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件、通信或相关专业，具备扎实的计算机基础； 2、具备优秀的编码能力和良好的工程习惯，数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络、数据库等基础扎实；熟悉MySQL、Redis、Kafka等常见基础组件，理解其适用场景、关键机制与常见性能瓶颈； 3、具备较强的系统设计能力与复杂问题拆解能力，能够独立负责中大型系统或核心模块的方案设计与推进落地； 4、有较强的业务理解能力和技术判断力，能够在不确定场景下完成技术选型、方案权衡与跨团队协同推进； 5、责任心强，自驱力好，具备良好的沟通协作能力与结果导向意识； 6、有海量数据处理、高并发架构、大规模分布式系统设计与治理经验者优先；在稳定性建设、性能优化、工程效率或平台能力建设等方向有深入实践者优先。
