1、支持全球云服务采购和IDC硬件供应链，为所负责的业务提供日常运营法律咨询、合规性风险评估、商务谈判、纠纷解决、法律培训等公司运营涉及的全方位法律支持； 2、梳理并建立与业务发展阶段相匹配的法务管理制度，为业务开展和规范运作提供恰当的法律建议； 3、独立起草、审核业务相关的法律文书及交易文件，制定完善合同模板； 4、进行跨部门协同，牵头探讨业务涉及的疑难问题、进行法律分析并协助出具解决方案； 5、密切跟踪、及时向相关团队传递行业与法律发展动态，并提出相应建议。

1、法学专业，本科及以上学历，已通过司法考试； 2、5年以上法律相关工作经验，云服务、互联网IDC硬件相关法务工作经验者优先； 3、具备较好的英语能力，能够熟练审核和起草英文合同及相关法律文件； 4、具备严谨周延的逻辑判断和分析能力，有较强的沟通理解能力和团队协作能力； 5、自我驱动力强，愿意接受创新、挑战性工作。
