1、负责抖音业务安全账号和行业的风险运营工作，完成相关风险场景的定义、识别策略部署、处置动作的落地等； 2、通过用户反馈、数据挖掘等方法发掘风险问题，制定风险治理方案以及推动相应的产品能力建设； 3、设计合理的指标监控体系，及时掌握风险及业务的变化，建立高效协作机制，不断推动规则和治理方案的迭代，保障风险可控； 4、负责风控策略的配置与运营，推动风控算法模型的优化、迭代与应用，不断提升风险治理能力。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、统计学、数学、算法等专业背景优先； 2、有AI大模型产品使用或实习经验优先，具备优秀的结构化思维能力，能洞察用户痛点并把握问题本质，设计成可切实落地的方案，有风控策略和数据分析的经验优先； 3、善于交流，有良好的资源协调和沟通能力，有跨部门多方密切配合的经验和意识，需要有协调多方资源，推落地，拿结果的实战经验； 4、具备较强的适应能力，工作上有强烈的责任感与使命感，能够自我驱动不断提升。
