日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、挖掘优质、高收入内容特征，为内容创作者提供创作方向指导，协同推进作者成长训练营落地； 2、协助开展热点专项运营工作，完成热点内容提炼与创作者宣发动作，对日常作者反馈及内容违规案例进行汇总梳理，推动相关问题落地解决； 3、支撑达人圈选、小热游戏发行人撮合过程中的非涉密数据统计与基础数据清洗工作。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、每周4天及以上工作时间，实习3个月以上； 3、有游戏内容运营、直播运营、游戏发行相关运营经验者优先； 4、了解小游戏及其生态与行业发展趋势，对游戏有一定的理解，游戏深度爱好者优先。
