1、负责AI智能客服系统的设计与开发，包括基于大语言模型（LLM，支持文本及多模态）的对话助手，实现对电商咨询、投诉、退款、争议解决及物流等场景的自动化处理，提升客户服务效率； 2、针对电商客服场景，开展模型后训练（如Fine-tuning、Instruction tuning、RLHF等），持续优化大模型在理解、生成及多轮对话中的表现； 3、研究并实现多模态技术（如文本、图片）在客服场景中的应用，提升客服机器人的用户体验与自动化解决率； 4、关注并引入业界前沿LLM相关技术，推动智能客服领域的创新及能力迭代落地； 5、制定并推动数据采集、清洗、标注、增强和评测的全流程，确保模型在客服领域的高准确性与安全性。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具有扎实的编程功底，至少精通一门主流编程语言（C++/Java/Go/Python等），具备良好的工程实践能力； 3、在大模型训练、智能体、提示词工程、信息检索、数据集构建、大模型评测等领域有实际的开发和从业经验者优先，有复杂智能体系统落地经验者优先； 4、有高水平论文发表经历者优先，包括但不限于ACL、EMNLP、COLING、WWW、AAAI等； 5、实践动手能力强，有ACM-ICPC、NOI/IOI、Top Coder、Kaggle等高水平比赛获奖经历者优先； 6、有好奇心，对新技术有热情，善于团队协作，具备创新精神和抗压能力。
