日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：抖音生态团队，负责抖音旗下产品的生态工作。我们为抖音生态的健康与繁荣，以及对应的用户心智与场景规模负责。通过看清楚影响抖音生态发展的关键问题，推动问题的解决，维持健康的生态发展环境；通过加强平台多参与角色对平台的正向感知和认知，提升平台长期口碑。我们是一群文理兼修的内容热爱者，既会熟练运用数据工具展开深入分析获取洞察，与算法密切合作拿到数据结果；也会对内容有独到见解和深刻认知，能够清晰定义产品价值下的内容取舍。加入抖音生态团队，可以走在深度好内容的最前沿，和各领域最优质的作者一起创造长期用户价值。

1、协助搭建与迭代生态治理知识库、样本库，完成治理规则整理、样本清洗、分类标注与数据结构化； 2、参与AI Agent自动化标注与评估工作，基于提示词工程完成提示词优化、模板测试、效果记录； 3、协助开展大模型、智能体效果评测，按业务导向完成违规内容识别、准召分析输出评测数据与问题清单。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、每周可实习4天及以上，能稳定实习3个月以上（长期优先）； 3、具备基础大模型认知，了解LLM、提示词工程、AI Agent基本概念，有使用/调试大模型经验优先； 4、细心严谨、逻辑清晰，有较强的学习能力、执行力与责任心，能快速理解业务规则并落地执行。
