1、深度参与字节跳动垂类搜索以及AI搜索中台的各个环节，利用模型算法提升用户体验；包括但不限于：查询规划（Query planner）、语义匹配、相关性计算、离线数据处理等； 2、利用大模型对数据知识做结构化提取、融合和增强，并研究和探索先进的chunk、graph构建等技术的落地应用； 3、升级迭代数据检索技术包括Agentic search、Graph RAG、生成式检索等，提升大模型场景下的数据检索天花板；利用自动化评估、标注、数据飞轮等技术，不断提升基础模型的迭代效率和泛化能力； 4、深入洞察业务数据，分析潜在的问题并提出策略提升方向，不断提升迭代模型效果，促进业务效果提升； 5、打磨算法通用性，平台化输出算法模型效果，提升产品上线效率。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉机器学习、自然语言处理、数据挖掘、大模型等相关知识，有大模型SFT/RL应用、search Agent、RAG等经验者优先； 3、具备优秀的编码能力，扎实的数据结构和算法功底，掌握C++、Go、Python等一项或多项编程语言，有TensorFlow、PyTorch等深度学习框架相关经验； 4、对技术有追求，跟进前沿的相关技术并应用；有ACL、EMNLP、SIGIR、KDD、CIKM等相关顶会论文优先； 5、乐于分享，良好的沟通表达能力和团队精神。
