1、负责TikTok举报申诉中台服务端研发工作，包括但不限于：举报流程、申诉流程、账号封禁感知等； 2、承接视频审核、直播审核、用户审核等链路需求开发工作； 3、建设面向亿级日投稿及亿级日活的高并发、高稳定性系统； 4、持续对系统架构进行改造和优化； 5、参与平台产品研发，针对不同流程进行模块抽象。

1、三年以上的Golang/Java/Python开发经验，具有较强的责任心，自驱力和成长型思维； 2、熟练掌握Golang/Java/Python常用框架，深入了解框架提供的特性及其实现原理细节； 3、具有良好的业务梳理和抽象能力，掌握重构代码基本功； 4、具备良好的编码习惯，结构清晰，命名规范，逻辑性强，代码冗余率低； 5、有分布式系统的设计和开发经验，能独立完成系统的设计及开发； 6、熟练掌握MySQL数据库和一种以上非关系型数据库，如Redis、Cassandra、HBase，理解其使用场景及限制。

有以下经验者优先 1、具备风控或内容安全相关系统开发经验； 2、熟悉分布式系统整体架构设计与落地实践； 3、拥有机器学习算法应用及相关数据分析经验； 4、主导过业务系统重构、迭代升级相关项目； 5、主导过平台型产品整体规划与建设项目。
