1、行业和用户痛点研究、AI赋能分析：深度研究抖音生活服务业务（餐饮/综合/酒旅）特征，持续跟踪行业趋势、用户消费行为与履约体验痛点，借助AI工具完成信息归集、案例聚类、定性定量分析，挖掘消费全链路潜在问题，输出可落地的体验优化洞察； 2、全链路体验问题挖掘与协同优化：围绕用户浏览、下单、预约、核销、履约、评价、售后退赔全流程，系统性定位体验卡点，联动产品、治理、客服、行业运营团队推进优化方案落地，参与搭建体验问题识别、归因分析的标准化分析范式； 3、参与解决方案设计、落地与效果复盘：协同团队推进体验解决方案迭代、运营策略灰度验证，利用AI辅助完成工单信息梳理、客户投诉案例归纳、策略效果数据复盘，持续沉淀分析模板、SOP，跟踪优化举措落地效果，输出复盘报告； 4、智能工具实践（新增AI相关落地场景，真实不夸大）：尝试使用大模型、数据分析Agent、工作流工具，搭建自动化信息整理、案例标签归类、问题初筛流程，协助探索AI在用户体验诊断、纠纷特征识别、风险预警上的落地方式。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数学、统计学、计算机、经济管理、数据分析相关专业优先； 2、较强逻辑拆解能力，具备结构化思维，擅长从海量零散信息中归纳共性问题，能够清晰输出分析思路与解决方案，具备数据敏感度，会使用Excel数据透视表，掌握SQL、Python数据分析能力优先； 3、深度AI实践者优先，日常熟练运用各类大模型，具备Prompt优化、Workflow、简单Agent搭建，AI辅助研究类课程、竞赛、实习项目经历加分； 4、具备优秀自驱力、独立思考能力，善于主动挖掘问题，沟通协作顺畅，能够跨团队对齐需求，拥有良好项目推进意识。
