1、开展支付风控欺诈研究，识别可疑风险，并处理跨团队反馈的问题；在解决问题时综合考量风险与客户体验； 2、持续跟踪和监控风险决策系统与模型的表现，并产出清晰、易懂的数据可视化、仪表盘和报告； 3、根据需要支持风控策略团队的各类专项工作和临时项目； 4、能够独立工作，也能与同事协作，共同推动风控策略团队整体目标的达成。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、具备扎实的SQL能力，具备使用Python进行大规模数据分析的能力；结果导向，能够适应工作环境，并具备任务优先级管理和主人翁意识；具备自信、清晰的沟通能力，能够与各层级人员互动，包括与跨职能团队紧密合作；能够主动识别风险管理的新方法，并具备创造性思维； 3、英语听说流利； 4、具备支付风控欺诈风险相关算法或建模经验。
