日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：我们团队为字节跳动旗下各类业务线提供信息安全保障。通过与各业务团队紧密协作，我们针对其特定的运营及业务需求，设计并落地专属安全策略。依托安全部门的专业能力，我们交付与业务目标高度契合、兼具成本效益与可扩展性的安全解决方案，助力各团队获取最高效、最可靠的安全服务与工具。

1、参与业务需求的安全设计与风险评估，指出方案设计中的网络、应用、数据等方向的安全问题，主动挖掘和分析潜在安全风险，提供最佳安全解决方案并推动落地； 2、运营src漏洞，盘点工具对所负责业务线的支持情况并协同工具提升； 3、探索AI在需求评审、漏洞挖掘方面的应用，并参与团队分享。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机/信息安全/人工智能等相关专业； 2、对红队攻防、AI安全领域有浓厚兴趣，了解基础的Web渗透、漏洞挖掘概念者优先； 3、学习能力强、态度积极，具备良好的沟通能力与团队协作意识； 4、可保证至少3个月全职实习（每周≥4天）。

加分项： 1、有CTF比赛参与经历、在校AI/安全相关项目经验，或相关技术博客/开源贡献者优先。
