1、参与单测生成、代码评审、缺陷修复等代码领域模型的全流程工作，包括但不限于数据、训练、评测、推理部署； 2、探索LLM技术在代码生成领域中的落地应用，持续提升模型在知识检索、决策推理以及跨语言的泛化生成效果； 3、参与代码生成智能化领域LLM/Agents的数据工程，构建数据飞轮； 4、持续优化模型数据，并用于常态化的模型微调当中，持续提升模型代码生成的置信度和采纳率。

1、2027届硕士及以上学位在读，计算机、软件工程相关专业优先； 2、具备优秀的算法能力，有TensorFlow/PyTorch等深度学习训练框架相关经验，熟悉DPO、PPO、RLHF相关算法技术； 3、掌握大语言模型的算法原理、Fine-Tuning、Prompt Engineering、向量数据库和LangChain等应用范式； 4、熟悉至少一种编程语言（如Go、Python、C++、Java等），有大模型、机器学习、深度学习经验者优先； 5、有单测生成、代码评审领域问题解决经验者优先； 6、具备较好的沟通能力和学习能力，做事严谨，能够高效完成任务。
