1、全链路算法优化：参与、负责国际化业务广告排序算法优化，涵盖召回、粗排、精排全链路，持续提升系统变现效率及客户体验； 2、全域价值建模（ROI2.0）：构建业界领先的全域ROI优化体系，解决自然流量与付费流量的统一归因与协同优化难题，最大化客户整体回报； 3、出价与自动化策略：建设和优化国际化广告的全域ROI和自动化托管产品，结合机器学习、运筹优化、AIGC等技术，为广告主提供自动化创编决策、素材创意优选、版位选择、自动出价、自动定向等能力； 4、技术前沿探索：探索AIGC、大模型(LLM)在广告创意生成、意图理解及自动化投放领域的落地，构建高效、智能的广告投放产品。

1、扎实基础：计算机、数学或相关专业本科及以上学历，具备深厚的机器学习、深度学习及数据结构基础； 2、实战经验：熟悉搜广推（Search/Ads/Rec）系统，在CTR/CVR预估、用户建模、特征工程等领域有深入实践； 3、技术广度：精通Python、C++或Go，具备优秀的代码能力和系统架构设计能力； 4、业务敏锐度：优秀的逻辑思维和数据分析能力，能将复杂的商业问题抽象为数学模型，并有结果导向意识。

加分项 1、在广告、推荐、搜索、增长营销等业务上有过多年的优化经验； 2、在顶级会议（CCF－A类，如ICML、NIPS、ICLR、AAAI、IJCAI、KDD、RecSys、SIGIR等）上发表过论文； 3、对Uplift Modeling、因果推断、归因分析有深入研究，能从全局视角优化流量协同。
