日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与业务全链路经营分析工作，包括用户增长、交易效率、商家运营、收入健康度等多个维度，搭建经营监控指标体系，跟踪业务异动并提出优化建议； 2、独立负责专项分析项目，梳理业务逻辑，定位问题，产出经营分析报告，提出可落地的解决方案并推动相关策略落地； 3、跟进业务策略的效果复盘，沉淀可复用的分析方法论，为后续业务决策和策略迭代提供数据支撑； 4、协同产品、运营、行业、用户增长等多团队完成跨部门项目推进，协助解决业务问题，推动流程优化提升整体经营效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、具备基础数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel、SQL者优先； 3、具备良好的结构化思维和逻辑分析能力，能快速理解复杂业务体系，独立拆解分析经营类问题； 4、具备较强的自驱力、学习能力和沟通协调能力，擅长跨部门协作； 5、抖音深度使用者，对本地生活行业有了解者优先； 6、Base上海，需要线下实习三个月起，每周4天及以上。
