1、研发效能洞察（开发者/研发工具场景）：通过定量分析、数据挖掘与用户行为研究，深入理解开发者在研发工具链中的核心任务、痛点与使用路径，构建可解释的研效指标等，解读字节跳动研发团队效能现状，驱动效能治理； 2、业务数据分析：建立关键业务指标体系（北极星指标、漏斗、留存、活跃、转化、满意度等），识别影响体验与增长的关键杠杆； 3、AI相关分析与研究：围绕AI Coding上下游关键指标（如AI采用率、AI效率提升等），通过前沿的指标研究和分析课题，建设更完整、前瞻的AI Coding度量模型与分析策略，定义指标口径，完成分析解读；将Agent能力融入数据工作，在保证数据准确与可追溯的前提下提升分析效率与覆盖面； 4、数据产品化与资产建设：负责部门数据资产的维护、治理与建设（埋点/事件体系、数据字典、口径管理、仪表盘体系、分析模板与代码库等）；推动自助分析与数据可视化落地，让更多角色“看得懂、用得上”； 5、跨团队协作与落地：与产品、运营、研发、数据工程等团队紧密协作，清晰沟通假设、方法、限制与结论；推动分析建议转化为产品/运营动作，并进行效果追踪与复盘，形成闭环。

1、业务理解与结构化表达：能快速理解开发者业务逻辑与产品机制，把复杂问题拆成可度量、可验证的假设； 2、AI素养与学习能力优先：对AI/Agent有兴趣且愿意动手实践，能将其用于提升分析效率、洞察深度与数据产品能力；保持好奇心，能快速学习新业务与新方法； 3、扎实的数据科学基础：具备统计学/实验设计/数据分析方法论基础，理解相关建模思路（回归/分类/聚类/时间序列/因果推断等）与适用边界，能在不确定数据条件下做出可靠判断与解释； 4、丰富的实战经验：5年及以上数据分析/数据科学相关经验；有平台型产品、To B/工具类产品、开发者生态或AI产品数据经验者加分； 5、工程化与工具能力：熟练使用SQL，熟练使用至少一种分析/建模语言（Python/R等），能完成数据处理、建模与可复现分析；掌握主流可视化与BI工具（Tableau/PowerBI/Looker/自研BI等）者加分，或者能有效通过AI提升数据分析效率； 6、协作与负责人意识：结果导向，具备清晰的书面与口头表达能力，能推动跨团队对齐口径、补齐数据链路、落地策略并持续迭代。
