1、负责短剧、小游戏、音频、推送等产品功能的内容安全运营体系建设与优化，设计并实施全面的安全运营框架，制定审核标准、政策执行机制及质量管理要求，确保业务运营符合平台政策及质量标准； 2、安全运营管理：建立并持续优化核心运营指标，包括CGVR、OHA、抽样准确率等，制定人力规划、审核质量基准及运营管理机制，通过运营数据监控和绩效管理，确保业务质量与运营效率达到预期目标； 3、端到端项目管理：负责内容安全相关项目的全生命周期管理，涵盖项目规划、方案设计、资源协调、执行落地及效果评估，制定项目目标、关键里程碑、交付计划及成功衡量标准，提前识别项目风险、资源缺口及依赖问题，并协调相关团队推动解决； 4、数据分析与策略优化：基于业务需求及运营数据开展分析，识别关键指标变化、业务问题及潜在风险，为运营决策和策略优化提供数据支持，利用内部工具及数据平台持续监控项目表现，评估运营策略的有效性，推动数据驱动的优化举措，提升内容审核质量、运营效率及规模化能力； 5、流程优化与技术创新：持续评估现有内容审核流程、运营工具及政策执行机制，识别效率瓶颈和优化机会，推动业务流程再设计、AI技术应用及自动化项目落地，减少重复性人工操作，提升运营效率与流程稳定性，并推动成熟优化方案在不同业务团队间复用和规模化推广； 6、跨团队协作：与产品、研发、政策、运营、平台责任及质量团队紧密合作，共同制定并推动内容审核策略落地，建立有效的跨团队沟通机制，定期同步项目进展、关键里程碑及潜在风险，协调资源并推动跨职能、跨区域项目顺利交付。

1、本科及以上学历，商科、工程、数据分析或其他相关专业背景； 2、具备内容审核、信任与安全、质量运营或相关领域的工作经验，熟悉内容安全运营模式及质量管理要求者优先； 3、具备较强的数据分析与问题解决能力，能够通过数据分析及运营指标追踪发现问题、识别趋势，并为业务决策和策略优化提供有效建议； 4、具备扎实的项目管理能力，能够推进项目规划、方案设计、执行落地、验收及持续优化，并有效管理项目进度、风险与资源； 5、具备优秀的沟通协调能力、跨职能协作能力及目标导向意识，能够适应全球化的工作环境，灵活应对不断变化的业务需求与优先级； 6、具备流程再设计、业务流程优化、AI技术应用或自动化工具设计与交付经验，熟悉敏捷开发与交付、变革管理或运营绩效管理框架，或具备质量框架设计、运营策略制定及跨职能、跨区域协作经验者优先。
