1、主导BNPL、个人信贷、商户金融等信贷产品的规划设计，覆盖C端（BNPL、信用贷、循环贷）与B端（商户贷、提前收款）场景，制定产品路线图； 2、拉美市场专项及流程设计：针对巴西或墨西哥设计本地化信贷产品，适配当地支付习惯与用户偏好；设计注册-授信-用信-还款流程、与合作方的交互逻辑，确保符合用户体验与业务目标； 3、结合当地牌照规则、监管要求，优化产品架构以满足当地标准； 4、挖掘用户痛点，结合产品分析输出解决方案，编写含原型图的PRD文档； 5、协调技术、风控、运营团队推动项目上线，确保业务按时交付； 6、对接LaaS、供应商、银行及当地金融科技公司，设计合作模式，优化资金成本。

1、本科及以上学历，金融科技、计算机等专业优先； 2、3-5年以上互联网金融信贷产品经验，主导过消费贷/商户金融完整周期，有多运营、风控、战略多领域或LaaS合作经验优先； 3、精通信贷全流程及风控逻辑，能设计资金端合作机制； 4、熟练使用Axure/Sketch，掌握SQL/Python分析用户行为与业务数据； 5、1年以上巴西/墨西哥金融信贷产品经验，主导过BNPL、电商分期等产品在当地落地； 6、英语流利，具备葡萄牙语或西班牙语交流能力优先。
