日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、推荐体验问题挖掘：通过推荐流内容生态的案例Review以及数据分析，负责复杂场景下的样本定向打标与特征拆解，输出不良体验（如低质、同质化）的归因结论，为推荐模型优化提供优化建议； 2、推荐策略效果分析与实验评估：跟进电商推荐（流量调控、分发机制等）的AB实验效果；协助提取、清洗实验数据，参与实验收益测算，为策略迭代提供量化支撑； 3、指标体系与数据看板建设：配合产品与算法/数仓团队，梳理并拉齐业务的数据定义与计算口径；协助搭建并维护业务日常监控看板，对大盘指标异动进行敏锐捕捉与初步下钻排查； 4、跨团队协同与策略落地：作为策略执行的关键节点，协助对接算法、运营和研发团队；跟进各项工程基建、规则配置和模型实验的排期与进度，保障推荐策略按时闭环落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、统计学、数学等强逻辑/数据分析相关专业优先； 2、每周出勤5天，可实习3个月以上，有互联网广告、推荐、电商、增长策略产品实习经验优先； 3、具备扎实的数据获取与处理能力，熟练掌握SQL，能独立完成多表关联与复杂数据提取，有Vibe coding经验优先； 4、喜欢看短剧，对用户的购物动机、购物诉求有洞察，喜欢购物者优先； 5、对推荐系统链路（召回、粗排、精排）或电商流量分发机制有基本认知，能透过数据表象拆解业务逻辑，具备严谨的论证分析习惯； 6、具备较强的执行力与目标导向，优秀的结构化思考与文档沉淀能力，能在跨部门协作中准确获取、转译和传递信息。
