日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：飞书商业化团队（Go to Market）负责将飞书先进产品和服务全面推向中国和国际市场，通过制定精准的业务战略，进行破圈的市场营销，深入理解不同行业的趋势和特点，传递飞书的理念和价值给不同行业的企业客户并达成业务合作，帮助客户加强使用深度和广度，最终让飞书成为各行各业先进企业的首选、持续助力企业组织升级。目前已在中国、新加坡、美国、日本等国家和地区建立了商业化团队，开启了为全球各行各业组织和个人提升创造力和效率的历程。

1、结合飞书先进的AI能力，针对区域客户的项目目标，协助团队制定并落地各类提升用户留存与活跃解决方案； 2、能够深入洞察客户需求及其内部推广的挑战，借助飞书AI产品，如知识问答和多维表格，助力解决问题并在客户实际业务场景中推动AI的落地，协助团队沉淀最佳实践、行业案例等； 3、借助AI优化企业内部运营机制，结合飞书开放平台及AI Bot等能力，策划用户社群活跃方案，推动实现企业内部运营机制的优化迭代； 4、通过AI提供企业效能提升相关咨询服务，识别客户关键业务场景，确定解决方案及实施方案，用飞书各个先进的AI工具为客户提升组织效能，完成客户飞书项目的阶段性目标。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、具有运用AI工具辅助与企业客户沟通交流、解决客户问题的相关经验者优先； 3、自驱力强，有较好的沟通能力、学习能力、执行力、抗压能力和独立思考能力，具备快速学习和掌握新的AI技术和应用的能力，能够运用AI思维独立思考和解决问题； 4、具备较丰富的方案撰写经验，能够熟练运用AI工具，如借助飞书AI生成文档的功能，辅助撰写高质量、具有创新性的方案； 5、熟悉SaaS产品或飞书AI产品在各场景落地的用户者优先； 6、可尽快到岗，至少实习4个月。
