日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、支持抖音搜索和AI抖音业务研发的客户端开发工作，编写高质量的代码； 2、和产品经理配合，深度参与手机产品需求讨论，功能定义等； 3、设计良好的代码结构，不断迭代重构。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、智能手机爱好者和使用者，追求良好的用户体验；有良好的编程习惯，代码结构清晰，命名规范； 3、熟练掌握数据结构与算法、计算机网络、操作系统、编译原理等课程； 4、熟练掌握C++/Java/OC/Swift一种或多种语言； 5、充满技术热情，有较强的自驱力和学习能力； 6、有项目经验优先，每周出勤至少4天，至少4个月实习期。
