1、参与巨量千川平台产品规划，从商家经营视角出发，深度洞察抖音电商商家的投放需求与经营痛点，结合对商业逻辑、客户诉求、算法能力的理解，提供服务商家实际经营场景的产品解决方案，让广告投放更简单、更智能、更高效； 2、聚焦乘方达人素材投放方向，从综合营销的视角优化达人素材获取到投放的全链路，提高商家营销效率，推动广告消耗、商家留存、投放效率等核心指标增长； 3、联动策略、运营、研发、销售等跨职能团队，推动产品从需求构思、方案设计、研发落地到上线迭代的全流程，高效解决项目推进中的核心问题，确保产品目标落地； 4、持续关注AI演进、行业趋势、产品动态与商家反馈，通过数据驱动做产品复盘与迭代，借助AI迭代现有产品能力，鼓励创新，不断优化产品体验，丰富巨量千川广告平台的产品生态，打造行业领先的电商广告投放平台。

1、具有1年及以上互联网广告/电商等交易类平台产品设计经验，深刻理解广告投放逻辑、商家经营链路或流量变现机制等相关经验优先； 2、具备强需求挖掘与本质思考能力，能从复杂的商家反馈和业务数据中，提炼核心需求，精准判断产品价值，设计贴合业务场景、可落地的产品方案； 3、拥有全局视角与决策能力，能兼顾商家体验、平台增长、技术可行性，在多目标中做出最优决策，同时具备产品全流程推进能力，能高效推动跨团队协同落地； 4、对商业化/电商/平台产品工作有较高的工作热情，高度自驱，善于主动洞察问题、拆解难题并落地闭环，以结果为导向高效达成核心目标； 5、良好的团队沟通能力和自我学习能力，在复杂、多业务、多部门的团队合作中能顺利推进项目发展，有高度的责任心和团队合作精神。
