日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：国际化商业安全团队致力于在国际化用户、企业和产品之间建立安全可靠的连接。我们通过一系列完善的系统和能力，审核广告内容、预测政策违规行为，并执行广告审核通过或拒绝的措施。 作为国际商业化团队的业务合作伙伴，我们提供的业务诚信解决方案不仅确保国际化业务始终是一个安全、积极、友好的用户环境，同时也推动业务增长。

1、负责字节跳动国际商业化业务的前端开发； 2、负责高质量编码设计，承担业务重点、难点的技术攻坚，保证高可靠、高性能、高可扩展的业务支撑； 3、参与前端基础架构建设，涉及组件化、工程化、平台化等工作，追求极致的用户体验和工程效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、机器学习和模式识别相关专业； 2、计算机基础扎实，熟练掌握计算机网络、数据结构与算法等基础知识； 3、熟悉JS/CSS等前端技术及相关标准规范，至少掌握一种（React/Vue）前端开发框架的使用和原理； 4、关注程序设计和代码风格，有良好的代码设计能力和丰富的编程经验，代码产出健壮且易维护； 5、有良好的沟通协作意识和问题解决能力，热爱前端，对技术有好奇心，关注技术社区的发展和趋势。
