1、负责字节跳动国际化商业化产品线的内容安全解决方案建设； 2、构建Agentic风险运营平台，一站式完成感知-归因-研判-治理，挖掘策略模型并部署，控制底线风险； 3、面向日均亿级别广告素材和全广告形态，搭建审核流程框架，沉淀通用策略平台和编排引擎； 4、建设Agentic质量平台和申诉流程，误伤可半自动迭代；建立标检训一体的数据工程和标注工具，提升模型效果。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机科学、软件工程相关专业； 2、精通Golang/Java/Python中的一种或者多种语言，具备良好的编码能力、扎实的数据结构和算法功底，参加ACM/Topcoder/Codeforces等至少一种算法编程竞赛； 3、具备高可用、高并发、高性能的分布式系统建设经验，熟悉HBase/Mongo/MySQL等至少一种存储系统； 4、具备生产系统快速Trouble-Shooting的经验和能力； 5、较好的产品意识和数据分析能力，有较强的自驱力和工匠精神打磨工具产品，有广告相关领域优先。
