1、设计并推动运营活动，通过C端活动及增长运营扩大用户提报规模及数据输入量，从而提高TikTok平台位置定位准确性，提升端内用户使用体验； 2、分析平台用户行为和关键行为节点，为授权提示模式、时机及用户提报产品功能优化提供建议； 3、与产品、UX、工程、法务和隐私团队密切合作，设计并测试消息提示、用户交互模式和提报授权流程，改善用户位置授权/提报体验，保证透明度，推进提报规模增长； 4、制作并管理数据看板，总结调研报告，向合作及决策团队提出可行性建议。

1、本科及以上学历，商科、分析类、市场营销及相关专业优先； 2、有项目流程管理、流程优化或A/B测试设计经验； 3、有数据分析能力，会使用相关工具（如SQL、Python、Excel、BI看板）； 4、良好的沟通能力，有跨团队协同经验者优先； 5、有C端活动运营、用户增长运营、用户型产品运营经验者优先； 6、流利的英文沟通及读写能力，有海外学习或工作经历者优先。
