1、使用最新的前端技术完成创意撮合平台的前端研发工作PC、Mobile，深度参与到Multi-Agent系统设计； 2、打造真正的AI原生产品，搭建AI Video视频产品； 3、配合交互设计师实现一流的产品体验，优化代码并保持良好兼容性； 4、通过技术手段，提升研发效率、用户体验和业务效果，并不断提高产品的稳定性、性能和体验； 5、跳出前端固有思维，对用户和产品直接负责，去做『面向用户的开发者』，一起用技术来做有意思的产品和工具。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、熟悉JavaScript、CSS、HTML、网络等前端技术，至少深入理解并应用一种主流的前端框架； 3、在理解产品业务的基础上，提升产品的用户体验，通过技术驱动业务的发展，有独立的产品思考； 4、热爱技术，有较强的学习能力，有强烈的求知欲、好奇心和进取心，能及时关注和学习业界最新的前端技术及跨领域新知识，积极进行AI工程落地探索，以技术助力团队和业务提效，日常工作践行AI First； 5、具备优秀的团队合作沟通能力、主动性与推动力，拥有深入分析和解决问题的能力； 6、有一定的后端工程经验，有Harness相关经验者优先。
