团队介绍：内容消费与非闭环营销技术团队，服务内容消费和非闭环营销行业数十万客户和十亿级用户。其中，内容消费行业包括游戏、小游戏、短剧、小说、社交与工具等行业，非闭环营销行业包括平台电商、引流电商等行业。内容消费与非闭环营销围绕客户深转、ROI等本质诉求，构建了完整的产品矩阵，知名产品有UBA/UBP自动化产品、深转ROI1\ROI7产品等。研发团队主要通过技术手段支持行业的收入和市占提升，工作内容包括：投放策略优化（出价、自动化）、模型优化（深度延迟和稀疏转化建模、序列建模、Large Recommend Model等）、流量和体验策略优化（ROI3产品、推荐广告融合、多目标建模等）、AI内容理解和生成（多模态模型、营销创意&剧集生成等）、定价和权益激励策略优化（智能定价、QCPX等）、海量创意自动化托管投放架构（DPA）、新产品开发等。

ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、构建高质量短剧和游戏，多模态推理和细粒度数据集，通过数据合成技术，不断优化数据质量和丰富度，沉淀短剧和游戏行业的高价值信息； 2、针对业务需求对内容消费行业多模态大模型进行后训练，包括CPT、SFT、RLVR、多轮Agent RL，提升模型能力； 3、结合业务场景设计搭建Agent架构，探索Agent Test-Time-Scaling技术； 4、通过大模型不断优化针对短剧和游戏内容的理解和生成能力，包括：视频内容理解、用户兴趣挖掘、漫剧内容生产、引流视频剪辑和游戏Agent/AI Coding等。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、机器学习等相关专业优先； 2、在NLP算法、多模态算法、大模型训练和应用、知识图谱等领域有实际的开发和从业经验者优先； 3、思维开阔、具备优秀的逻辑思考能力，面对挑战性问题充满热情，具有良好的团队合作能力、沟通协调能力，执行力和自驱力强； 4、学习能力强，对AI前沿技术持续关注，能够洞察技术和业务的结合点。
