日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：字节跳动豆包产品团队，在这里你将有机会参与到行业前沿产品的规划设计，开拓自己的行业视野，与先进团队共同成长。

1、端到端负责豆包AI智能办公相关的LLM产品，从0到1、从1到N推动核心能力落地，参与定义豆包在AI智能办公方向上的长期产品形态，不只是交付功能，而是推动AI在真实办公流程、协同与效率提升中持续创造价值； 2、为用户体验与模型效果的最终结果负责，直接影响大规模用户的办公效率、决策效率与协作效率，与算法、数据、评测团队深度协作，共同定义效果目标、评测体系与优化路径，形成可持续演进的产品闭环； 3、将大模型能力沉淀为长期可复用的产品能力，把Prompt、Workflow、Agent等能力转化为稳定、可扩展的产品机制，推动能力在会议、文档、日程、审批、多角色协同等多个办公场景中持续复用和放大； 4、在不确定性中做出关键产品判断，深入总结提炼、信息处理、任务拆解、多轮协同、办公自动化等高频场景，在模型能力快速演进的背景下，平衡效果、体验与可控性，做出合理取舍。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、了解大模型相关技术和应用；对互联网智能办公/效率工具产品有浓厚兴趣； 3、具备优秀的产品思维、合理的创新思考； 4、具备优秀的沟通能力和自驱力，能够激励项目成员共同达成目标； 5、每周出勤5天，实习3个月及以上。
