1、负责国际化内容社区产品增长营销工作，为地区整体的增长指标负责，包括但不限于营销推广、品牌搭建、用户体验等； 2、制定地区营销策略，利用端内外资源，推动各类推广项目落地（如达人营销、品牌广告投放、社区活动、品牌合作等），达成增长目标并持续探索新的增长渠道和策略； 3、通过用户调研、市场洞察和本地化内容分析，深入了解用户行为、偏好及趋势，并将洞察转化为可执行的营销策略； 4、与产品、数据、设计和运营团队密切合作，制定产品功能的市场推广及落地；与采购、法务、财务等团队密切合作，统筹管理项目，提升项目推进效率； 5、寻找并管理品牌/增长相关的供应商，筛选适配国际化内容社区产品的供应商名单。

1、本科及以上学历，3年以上增长营销相关经验；有公司经验优先； 2、了解用户增长各渠道和方式，有本地成功的实战经验（如达人营销、裂变、品牌合作、事件营销等）； 3、对生活方式及UGC内容社区有浓厚兴趣，熟悉UGC社区平台的增长策略；对本地文化、用户行为、互联网产品和营销环境有深刻的理解，熟悉本地用户获取策略； 4、数据驱动，有较强分析能力，能够从数据中提取可执行的洞察；有数据分析工具使用能力的优先； 5、具备良好的项目管理能力、跨团队协作能力和沟通能力，能够适应全球化团队工作； 6、中英双语工作，具备小语种能力者优先。
