1、负责国际商业化产品-开环电商方向的产品策略，运营和Go-To-Market； 2、深度洞悉客户营销需求，持续跟踪与分析产品运营数据，挖掘产品能力提升点并提出优化建议，与产品团队深度合作，推进产品迭代； 3、和销售团队合作落实产品测试，产品使用和增长目标； 4、研究商业用户行业需求及行业数据，产出垂直行业原生经营以及投放案例和方法论，并负责方法论的包装、培训及传播； 5、与创意团队/销售团队/开环PM协同，通过政策/激励设计，产品机制联动，达成客户增长目标，牵引客户动作，最终达成收入目标。

1、本科及以上学历，有3年及以上产品运营工作经验或电商经验优先； 2、良好的英文听说读写能力； 3、有敏锐的数据和用户洞察力，逻辑性强，善于通过数据解决问题； 4、沟通能力较强、善于整合资源，推进合作，能够把制定的策略落实到位并获得业务结果； 5、适应能力强，具有较强的独立思考能力和自我驱动力，有团队合作精神与大局观。
