日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：国际化短视频商业化变现产品设计团队旨在使客户能够毫不费力地与用户建立联系，并最大限度地发挥品牌潜力。我们希望简化和激励客户实现目标，探索更多的可能性，并与国际化短视频创造价值。作为团队成员，你将能够利用定性/定量研究来收集用户反馈，为我们的客户创造深刻的理解和共情，并与设计、产品和营销团队跨职能合作，以满足业务需求。

1、负责国际化商业产品广告主及其机构的平台产品建设，通过匹配达人，帮助广告主完成达人营销业务，助力广告收入增长； 2、负责优化达人服务机构平台的客户旅程体验，保障达人服务机构可以顺畅入驻并完成业务； 3、负责创意机构的增长方案设计，设计可提供给机构的服务权益，推动更多机构的入驻； 4、根据不同区域的诉求，明确区域间需求的差异，并针对性的设计产品解决方案，保障业务在各区域均可顺利落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、英语流利并可以作为工作语言； 3、有同理心、责任感、自驱力，保障需求的顺利推进落地，有产品相关实习经验者优先； 4、抗压能力强，良好的自我驱动力，能够在快节奏的工作环境中处理多项任务； 5、连续实习4个月及以上，每周到岗5天者优先。
