1、负责抖音用户行为的理解和建模，帮助业务满足用户需求，促进业务增长； 2、基于业务数据，参与各增长业务离线和实时数据仓库以及Skill建设工作； 3、面向PB级超大规模数据问题，处理亿级增量的用户行为数据； 4、构建设计良好的数据流、数据仓库、数据服务和数据Agent，构建流程规范和数据工具/产品与AI工具，降低数据使用门槛，保证系统稳定高效运行，以实现数据的最大价值。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数学、统计学、计算机相关专业优先； 2、扎实的计算机编程能力，会使用SQL，掌握C/C++、Java、Python、Scala中任意一门编程语言；对大模型原理有一定理解，能够熟练运用常见的AI工具； 3、熟悉数据仓库实施方法论、了解数据仓库体系优先； 4、有大数据集、分布式计算工具（Map/Reduce、Hadoop、Hive、Spark、Flink等）、Agent/Skill开发工作经验优先； 5、有过数据治、数据挖掘、BI、算法等大数据相关或数据领域大模型研发相关项目/实习经验优先。
