日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、协助数据团队完成日常数据收集、整理、清洗工作，确保数据的准确性、完整性和时效性，处理基础数据异常问题； 2、协助进行数据统计与分析，根据业务需求整理数据报表、绘制基础数据图表（如折线图、柱状图等），辅助输出数据分析初步结论； 3、配合完成数据相关文档的整理与归档，包括数据字典、操作手册等，协助维护数据管理规范； 4、协助对接业务部门，了解基础数据需求，配合完成简单的数据查询、提取工作，反馈数据使用过程中的问题； 5、参与团队日常数据相关工作，学习数据处理、分析工具的使用，配合完成其他临时性数据相关任务。

1、本科及以上学历在读，统计学、应用数学、计算机等理工科专业背景优先； 2、对数据敏感，对数据类工作有高度热情； 3、对数据应用场景有一定认识，有数据仓库、BI、数据挖掘、用户画像等方面的经验者优先； 4、熟悉SQL/Hive，可熟练使用一种数据可视化分析工具； 5、沟通表达能力优、协调推动能力好。
