团队介绍：抖音内容质量与数据服务平台（简称CQC）归属于抖音集团，负责今日头条、抖音等产品内容和抖音集团商业内容的安全质量与体验。平台下设内容质量中心、商业生态与安全、生态治理与增长支持等业务，在全国20余个城市均有分布。 自成立以来，CQC持续守护抖音集团旗下包括抖音、今日头条、番茄小说、飞书、红果短剧等产品在内的安全、质量与体验，优化产品内创作与交流环境，且在各产品运营增长方面开展支持工作。

ByteIntern：面向2027届毕业生（2026年9月-2027年8月期间毕业），为符合岗位要求的同学提供转正机会。

1、负责抖音评论的底线安全、违法违规内容、青少年保护等多安全业务场景的模型运维工作，支持模型结构设计、数据工程、模型训练迭代、模型效果评估等全链路工作，保证业务需求稳定交付；负责Autope、SFT、Multi Agents等模型能力构建，攻克业务治理瓶颈； 2、结合具体内容质量管控痛点，通过智能化的Agent应用，在人工内容质量把控场景实现自动内容质量把控或效率提升，并沉淀可复用的提效工具或能力； 3、灵活应用传统文本、计算机视觉、图网络等相关模型，及各模态大模型与新型生产工具，掌握系统实验方法，持续突破模型准召天花板，兼具经营思维，擅长选ROI最优的解，沉淀认知并抽象业务范式，平衡治理需求与业务增长需求； 4、与风险治理、算法、规则、标注等团队合作，推动整个评论链路大模型从机内容质量把控到人内容质量把控的全周期构建和管理。

1、2027届硕士及以上学历在读，计算机相关专业背景优先； 2、有模型训练、业务流设计、策略设计、内容治理类工作经验者优先；熟悉大模型PE应用，有SFT经验，对于RL、RAG等应用有认知；有Workflow或者Agent的搭建经验；具备机器学习基础，明晰模型算法在机审场景的边界ACM挑战赛获奖者优先，在ACL、EMNLP、NAACL、COLING、ICCV、ECCV、CVPR、NeurIPS、ICLR、AAAI、CoNLL、NLPCC发表过期刊者优先； 3、需要熟练掌握SQL，具备Python数据开发和处理能力，能够基于数据独立分析业务问题或设计编排链路； 4、有较强的逻辑思维和问题拆解能力，善于沟通协作；对于大模型应用落地有好奇心，关注大模型前沿技术，愿意挑战复杂问题且有解决问题的韧性。
