1、负责字节跳动系红果短剧、番茄小说等提收运营工作，主动挖掘收入机会，协助产品研发做好策略建设，撬动各方资源协同，实现变现效率提升，为端收入增长负责； 2、参与产品全生命周期运营，主动挖掘发现收入提升与增长机会，结合业务方向，给出可落地的整体方案； 3、与商业化产品研发/业务团队/用户团队配合，推进优化方案落地执行，把握产品价值和发展进度，带来端/业务的实际提升增长； 4、能够有效设计分阶段运营策略，并充分利用多种宣推手段和资源有效GTM； 5、可以做好客户理解和准确把握判断产品需求合理性及价值空间，并推动产品迭代优化。

1、3年及以上产品运营经验，有广告媒体方从业背景，了解广告投放逻辑；对效果类B端产品各阶段推进策略有深刻理解，具备项目推动经验和行业视角，有较强的问题解决能力及学习能力； 2、具备数据分析能力，擅长通过数据发现产品推进中的问题与机会点； 3、有主导意识，有执行力和推动力，善于整合资源，能够把制定的策略落实到位并获得业务结果； 4、善于沟通，能和各合作方建立良好和牢固的合作关系，获取所需的支持&资源； 5、有短剧、下载app、平台电商广告商家/行业项目经历加分，有流量策略相关经验加分。
