日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：团队负责公司多个跨产品业务方向，提供可复用的平台能力及技术解决方案。我们为公司多业务提供如地理位置、行业数据、舆情、众包标注、中间件等多类型的中台能力与技术解决方案，积极利用AI等技术做中台能力提效与升级。加入我们，你将有机会从中台的多视角参与业务建设，感受不同类型/阶段的业务特点；通过投身亿级用户场景的开发&架构工作，学习和解决极富挑战的技术问题；你也可以从数据出发，积极利用策略和模型，为业务提供有价值的助力。

1、从字节跳动海量视频、文本、用户反馈数据中挖掘情报和特征，驱动POI数据和地址数据的“新准净全”建设； 2、跟踪业界前沿技术发展，包括大模型，NLP、多模态等，探索先进算法在POI、地址理解等方向落地； 3、全面参与字节生活服务、电商、广告等业务在POI、地理编码、物流等方向的需求建设。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、数学、自动化等相关专业优先； 2、具有自驱能力和热情，对大模型/NLP/CV技术和应用有着深厚的兴趣和热爱，积极探索和研究； 3、有良好的英文读写能力和扎实的数学基础，发表过高水平论文优先，有自然语言理解、聊天机器人、海量数据挖掘、知识图谱等研发经验优先； 4、责任心强，积极主动，有良好的沟通能力和团队合作能力； 5、每周至少实习4天，持续时间不少于6个月。
