1、负责字节跳动集团旗下飞书业务线的品牌与产品内容营销的设计工作，涵盖但不仅限于新产品的品牌塑造、品牌基建及维护、产品获客材料等设计工作； 2、具备优秀的审美素养，扎实的视觉设计基础功底； 3、能够精准把握产品核心价值，通过设计手段实现内容信息的高效可视化呈现； 4、对设计工作保有热情，主动学习并掌握新知识与设计工具。

1、本科学历以上，视觉传达设计或相关专业； 2、熟练掌握PS、C4D、AE、Figma等设计工具，平面基础扎实，对AE动效有基础应用； 3、具备主动思考能力，能够独立承担并完成设计任务，能够从内容与传播效果最大化的角度提供创意设计方案； 4、具备优秀的审美素养，扎实的视觉设计基础功底； 5、注重细节处理，具有开阔的行业视野及快速学习能力，具备优秀的团队协作精神。
