日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、关注部门及团队内的活动节奏及规划，结合业务节奏与团队特点，策划并落地系列文化活动，推动团队归属感与文化认同建设； 2、会务统筹和落地，负责季度会、共创会、研讨会等会务统筹，协调场地、物料、流程与预算，保障活动质量； 3、整合沟通多方资源，做好部门内基础事务管理配合，提升部门内的文化氛围； 4、能配合完成传播物料、品牌礼品、文化与激励等设计工作，完善设计细节等平面设计工作。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、每周出勤4-5天，实习3个月及以上，具备出色的文案撰写与活动策划能力，思维活跃、逻辑清晰，能独立推进多线并行项目； 3、具备高度责任感，跨部门沟通协调能力强，自驱力好，目标结果导向； 4、有一定视觉审美，能与设计协作把控物料质量，熟悉PS、AI辅助设计工具者加分。
